Going on Youtube!

Hello Lovelies!

So I have been compiling videos of my Mixed Media projects over the past year, and yes you did read that right.. a full YEAR...

I have finally begun editing these videos, and let me just say what a gigantic undertaking this project has been.. in retrospect, I really wish I had just edited them as I went because this has been the most time consuming project that I have had the not so pleasant experience of doing lol..

Soooo.. all of that ridiculousness being said, I am planning on getting the first of the unbelievably many posted this coming weekend.  I figured that if I posted it on my blog for everyone to see, that would make me a wee bit more accountable.. you know, hold my feet to the fire so I can't weasel my way out of it!

Mixed Media - Double Canvas Wall Hanging - "Perfect Moments"

Hello Lovelies!

This piece was so much fun!  I absolutely LOVE these colors together and find myself a lot of the time reaching for these colors and have to actually stop myself and pick other colors that I don't always use.  I think it's wonderful to challenge yourself to using color combinations that you normally wouldn't think to use or put together, something out of your comfort zone.  Most of the time I come out with amazing results from that challenge..

I created this piece back in May, and also have a video that I will eventually get uploaded to my YouTube channel and my blog.  Until then, please enjoy the photos and let me know what you think about this color combination.  What color combinations are you most drawn to??
